Gasification Behavior of Phosphorus during Hydrogen-rich Sintering of High-phosphorus Iron Ore

In order to realize the efficient utilization of high phosphorus iron ore resources, a new method gasification removal in hydrogen-rich sintering process was proposed. this paper, behavior high-phosphorus studied. Thermodynamic calculation possible reactions is carried out by using FactSage6.1 software, and phase transformation distribution roasting reduction were analyzed XRD, SEM-EDS EPMA. The experimental results show that atmosphere, dephosphorization rate increased from 9.9% 29.51% then decreased 8.62% temperature range 900°C–1200°C, maximum value appeared at 1100°C. Compared carbon reduction, atmosphere significantly whole range, maximal could be improved 15.03% 29.51%. thermodynamic analysis showed initial direct apatite hydrogen higher, adding SiO2 Na2CO3 allowed decrease about 946.50°C. With increase temperature, reduced gas absorbed metallic form stable compounds, resulting rate. Therefore, phosphorus, selective oxide should realized, formation liquid avoided as far process.
